Martin Dull, 1986, was raised in suburban northern New Jersey. In 2009 he earned a BFA in painting from Marywood University, PA, and, in 2015, earned an MFA from the New York Studio School of Drawing, Painting, and Sculpture, NY. He was the 2015 recipient of the Peter Rippon/Royal Academy European Travel Grant, a 2016 artist in residence at the Sam and Adele Golden Foundation, and a 2017/18 Trestle Open Studio Resident. He has been a guest speaker at several institutions including the New York Studio School, Fordham University, and Hunter College. His paintings have been exhibited in both group and solo exhibitions throughout the United States. Martin currently holds a studio in Brooklyn, NY.
